During this wine experience, you will immerse yourself in Alicante's fascinating winemaking traditions and learn in detail about the winemaking process.
With the guidance of one of our leading wine experts, you will thoroughly explore every stage, from the experimental proving ground to the subway cellar with its impressive collection of more than 1,200 American and French oak barrels.
The experience is divided into two parts:
The first consists of a guided tour of the winery's facilities, while the second will take you to a peaceful garden area, under the charm of a typical Riu-Rau of the region, where you will have the pleasure of tasting seven of our most outstanding wines.
To further enhance this experience, we will pamper you with a paired tasting that includes extra virgin olive oil (EVOO), goat cheese toasts, a selection of Spanish cured meats and a carefully selected cheese board from Quesos Cerrón, which includes semi-cured sheep and goat varieties, as well as a 24-month aged Manchego sheep's cheese.
